Founded in 1987 in Fremont, California, LMA Landscapes began primarily as a commercial landscape maintenance company.  Over 20 years, the business has evolved to focus on landscape construction and installation throughout the tri-cities area of Fremont, Union City and Newark.

By focusing on the tri-cities area, LMA Landscapes has been able to establish long-standing working relationships with many local suppliers and vendors -- creating a network of reliable sources for any and all materials required to complete landscaping jobs of all types.  LMA  maintains a full-time staff of experienced workers, and partner with specialists if necessary, depending on the job requirements.

David Fitzgerald studied horticulture at Lincoln College in New Zealand, moving to California in 1979.  After working in property landscaping management for a number of years, David struck out on his own to found LMA Landscapes.

Landscape Supervisor Manuel Pacheco is one of the original employees, remaining with LMA for 20 years. His attention to detail, and ability to lead the work crew on a daily basis, helps bring jobs to completion with efficiency and minimal disruption to the lives of homeowners.
